The vision of the Education institute is to provide Christians and Non Christians all over the world with a world class Educational curriculum that is comprised with Bible Studies, Arts, Leadership and Management Sciences.

While we focus on Sound and professional Biblical / Theological Education on Courses like OLD AND NEW TESTAMENT , SYSTEMATIC THEOLOGY, INTRODUCTION TO GREEK AND HEBREW for our students, we have carefully also introduced professional Courses in Arts, Leadership and Management to fulfill the vision of our School

At LEBALMS we totally believe that everyone with their God given abilities can diversify in his or her career by building Academic Capacities needed to solve Global problems that are not just Spiritual, but also Technical. Hence, we have carefully designed an Academic curriculum that will enable our graduates to become change makers and solution providers in their various areas of specialization.

That’s why, when I heard of the solid trust you have in the Master Jesus and your outpouring of love to all the followers of Jesus, I couldn’t stop thanking God for you—every time I prayed, I’d think of you and give thanks.

I ask—ask the God of our Master, Jesus Christ, the God of glory—to make you intelligent and discerning in knowing him personally, your eyes focused and clear, so that you can see exactly what it is he is calling you to do, grasp the immensity of this glorious way of life he has for his followers, oh, the utter extravagance of his work in us who trust him—endless energy, boundless strength!

All this energy issues from Christ: God raised him from death and set him on a throne in deep heaven, in charge of running the universe, everything from galaxies to governments, no name and no power exempt from his rule.

The church, you see, is not peripheral to the world; the world is peripheral to the church. The church is Christ’s body, in which he speaks and acts, by which he fills everything with his presence.

Provide a basis for Christian faith and life by means of quality classroom instruction, worship services, fellowship, and Christian role models that will aid students in developing a distinct and satisfying Christian lifestyle as global lights according to Mathew 5 vs 13- 16

Provide Art, Theological, Business, Leadership and Management programs to prepare students to fill positions of Christian leadership in their respective ministries and in society.

Provide programs to prepare Christian Clergy men and laypersons to fill supporting roles in the local church and influence the society .

Provide programs to prepare students to fill positions in business and office settings, especially Christian business enterprises- our graduates must be solutions to their world.

Provide assistance to churches, Christian schools, conventions, and camp meetings by means of various programs and personnel that aid them in fulfilling their mission.

Promote the principles of FAITHHOUSE theology and the 12 Pillars which the institution holds as its interpretation of Biblical, Leadership ,Arts, theology and Management science and, therefore, a heritage which must be accurately communicated from generation to generation.

OUR SCHOOL YEAR AT LEBALMS

In our system, DEPENDING ON THE PROGRAM of study ,the LEBALMS student will take a minimum of 20 courses per school year. It is divided into 2 semesters of 10 courses per semester. 

In the classroom, the student will have exposure to practical instances or events that have relevant messages to tell regarding course content. 

The most motivating cases involve real people with real problems to solve. This is why we meet the student in an audience setting for live interaction between teacher and student. 

Studying multiple case studies in leadership, Theology, Arts ,Management Sciences when focused on the same content allows students to formulate and test hypotheses – that prepares them for GLOBAL TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERSHIP

Our peculiar live interaction is used to strengthen critical thinking skills such as applying knowledge to a real setting, analyzing problems and developing solutions, evaluating reasoning processes or actions.

Faculty of Arts in Theology

Within the above Department ,from Certificate course to Master of Arts degree program with a major infusion of Theology, students will examine key doctrines of the Christian faith and understand methods of the theological process.

Everyone must have a rich exposure to contemporary studies in Arts, Business ,Leadership and Management Sciences .

All our degrees is a theologically rich, historically rooted, and contemplatively engaged approach to apprenticeship to Jesus as the essence of life.
