Leadership and Integrity Club Int’l is a high school and tertiary institution leadership, integrity and excellence club/project geared towards raising adolescents whose hearts are passionately committed to sound leadership development, excellence, integrity and national transformation. LIC Int’l is a secondary school leadership development arm of Faithhouse Organization for Leadership and Community Development Int’l (FOLCODE INT’L) run by a church Faithhouse Transformation assembly. The club is part of the HELP PROJECT (High School Executive Leadership Project).

- 2. To stand out and become a statement making high school organization of integrity in National Transformation

AIMS AND OBJECTIVES OF THE ORGANIZATION
The club shall accomplish her mission through the following
- Establishment and carrying out seminars, conferences and training sessions against corruption, crime, cultism, rape, academic failure, truancy among secondary school students and corrupt teachers
- Initiate and carry out reformations against cultism, rape, exam malpractice and all high school vices
- Establishment of programs in partnership with secondary school authorities to enhance effective reading and personal development skills for academic excellence and peace
- Develop Transformational Policies, packages/systems for partnership and sponsorship of excellent students.
- Shall partner with school management to install corruption free leadership in all levels of student leadership (Class monitors and School functionaries)

MEMBERSHIP OF THE CLUB AND MODALITY
Any legally admitted student can be a member of the club. Any student that really desires change can be a member. There shall be DISTINGUISHED EXCOS occupying 12 offices to champion the club on acceptance. The club organizes seminars and training in partnership with the school authorities and holds weekly meetings based on times allocated for club activities in the school.

OUR ACCOMPLISHMENTS
We have successfully established LIC in secondary schools around Owerri including Emmanuel College Owerri, Owerri Girls Secondary School, Holyghost College, Akwakuma Girls Secondary School, Ikenegbu Girls Secondary School and Government Secondary School, Owerri. The club has stopped cultism to an extent in Government Secondary School where cultists openly declared their renunciation of cultism. Ikenegbu Girls Secondary School has also experienced powerful transformation among their students. Seminars carried out in other schools have seen the lives of students transformed for the better.
We definitely believe that the training carried out in RFC has really spurred the students into action of change in their lives, leadership, academics and spirituality.

OUR MOTIVATION
“Adolescence is a critical time for leadership development. Developing leadership in youths can boost self-steem, prevent risky behaviours like DRUG ADDICTION, MASTURBATION, CULTISM, PORNOGRAPHY, SAME SEX TENDENCIES, EXAM MALPRACTICES and serve as a spring board to successful adulthood.
