.. a blind beggar by the name of Bartimaeus, son of Timaeus, was sitting alongside the road.
When he heard that Jesus the Nazarene was passing by, he began to cry out, “Son of David, Jesus! Mercy, have mercy on me!”
Many tried to hush him up, but he yelled all the louder, “Son of David! Mercy, have mercy on me!”
49-50Jesus stopped in his tracks. “Call him over.”
They called him. “It’s your lucky day! Get up!
He’s calling you to come!” Throwing off his coat, he was on his feet at once and came to Jesus.
51Jesus said, “What can I do for you?”
The blind man said, “Rabbi, I want to see.”

everyday as we wake up, the world system is calculated to shut and shout us down.
Difficult times,accidents, delayed financial and marital expectations, predicaments,loss of a body part by accident, Loss of a job,a dear one,money,job,faith in God,Nigeria, Africa,and people around carry very dangerous unseen voices that wants to stop one from pushing ahead.
The only solution is to shut and shout back at them.
They are scarred of you.
The verses above described how a notorious blind man refused to allow people, his blindness, poverty, rag nature,supposedly failure to keep him down.
Once his mind was made up to succede,he disregarded the degrading, demotivating voices of pedestrians around.
He drowned their own negative voices.
W.Mitchell is another man that kept shouting and shutting down the world around him.
One day,driving with his bike on his way to school, he had a head on collision with a Gas Tanker while crossing an intersection.
That incident caused an explosion that burnt him like a roasted Chicken,making it hard for him to go to school again.
After going through months of agonizing surgery and rehabilitation and given up severally, his friends wanted him to relax with life and forget about school and anything tedious and demanding.
He shunned, shut and shouted at them;with fried face,shrunk hands and legs, barbecued face, he went back to school, finished college,started a business and latter owned a Private plane .
One day on a flight, he lost an engine that he couldn’t control that caused the plane to crash badly.
Waking up after months in coma,he discovered that he had become paralyzed from waist down.
His friends came again to stop him,but he shouted and shut them down.
He went ahead and started one of the greatest human capacity building training and motivational companies that America has ever had, that even great people Zig Ziglar always made reference to.
Reading about him has made my life tough!!
Friends, you are not paralyzed, blind,lame,sick and fried by fire and you want to give up.
Wake up and shout!!
Learn how to SHUT down AND SHOUT at your world.
Once Blind Bartemaeus shouted and got the attention of his destiny helper, all of them joined and said THIS IS YOUR LUCKY DAY.

STUDY SCRIPTURE: Until we’re all moving rhythmically and easily with each other, efficient and graceful in response to God’s Son, fully mature adults, fully developed within and without, fully alive like Christ. -Ephesians 4:13 (MSG).
The scarcity of a thing indicates value. As it is that precious stones are not seen just any where so also is anointing. As we approach the end of age, God is searching for those to pour out His spirit on because the anointed ones are scarce. This particular anointing is an anointing to heal but it is an anointing to live by the dictates of Christ. God wants to pour out this anointing on us to equip us for this time but the issue and question remains ARE WE READY?.
WHY TALK ABOUT SCARCITY OF THE ANOINTING?
An effective, fresh, continuous work with God is at the mercy of the anointing.
Eloquence, oratory, extra degree from prestigious universities is not equal to the anointing.
The anointing immediately sets a man apart from his age mates.
The anointing is a starting point of spiritual revival in a generation.
The anointing is the answer for this generation.
The anointing places a man as a spiritual authority.
It is of important to know that :Brokenness in every generation is as a result of the anointing. The anointing provokes jealousy and range in the kingdom of darkness. To be anointed is to become the target of the devil. Once a man is anointed hell seeks to contaminate and pollute the anointing. And that untested anointing can not become power. There is an anointing to live by and an anointing to perform.God is looking for men and women that He can be proud to call His vessel.
WHY ARE ANOINTED MEN SCARCE?
Anointed men are scarce because; these men are not ready for an attack on their earthen vessels (2nd Corinthians 4:7). The attacks on the earthen vessels includes, attack on the realms of wilderness and attack on the realms of hunger and lack. you need to be prepared for these attack anytime you desire the anointing. know that as a believer, your greatest enemy is your flesh.
