FALAC is the first African Leadership High school under the Education mandate of the commission with a passion to raise young generation of leaders with cutting edge outstanding qualities for societal relevance. FALAC is the strategy to raise a replacement generation with sound kingdom philosophy that will cause national transformation.

FALAC have been able to gather and is daily modeling a good number of young people with the right leadership values and intellectual capacity that gives them the competitive advantage in the world of academics. With an array of well cultured Trainers and Teachers, our students receive not just classroom lectures but lifelong coaching and mentor-ship for all round success in life and career building.

We are here to cause a paradigm shift from obsolete British education imported into Nigeria, which lacks global relevance.

Passionately committed to national transformation, our graduates shall be modeled and mentored to embrace;

Integrity and honesty, detest corruption at all levels of society hence transform their spheres.
Our teachers shall be friends and elder brothers and ad hoe fathers for our children. No intimidation, harassment, exploitation of any sort shall be tolerated among staff.
Our teachers shall serve as midwives to birth the new generation of leaders the whole world is crying for. With academic excellence, fear of God and character based as tools for training these global eagles, nothing can stop us.
All teachers must have education background, young, energetic and must go through the Faithhouse Leadership Institute for training before issuing responsibility.

OUR BAIT

Just one session you give us your child, if he does all we ask him or her to do and what is demanded from parents/guardians, if your child doesn’t change all round(academically, mentally and character wise), we will refund you half of your school fees after verification.

At high school level 1(JSS1), students are exposed to choice of where they fit into the society with respect to career, etc.

Our students will be released with the burden to be world changers.
